Captain Paritosh Chauhan, standing on a height of 230 feet is the man who restored the Clock of the Lucknow Clock Tower at Hussainabad ! It is the tallest Clock Tower in India and it was constructed to mark the arrival of George Couper, the first Lieutant Governer of United Province of Awadh and North West.
