Shaam-e Adab

‘Shaam-e Adab’, is a series of literary seminars which are been organized to pay homage to the legends. We have started a campaign on the Literary aspects of Lucknow which highlights the ‘Literary Heritage of Lucknow’. The objective is to make citizens aware about the literary heritage & the Lucknow Society will do the restoration work, wherever required. The authors varies from legends of Hindi & Urdu languages from Lucknow and adjoining areas. The following authors and poets have been covered in the series : Sadat Hasan Manto, Asrar-ul Haq Majaz Lucknawi, Shabbir Hasan Khan Josh Malihabadi, Harivansh Rai Bachchan, Pandit Brij Narayan Chakbast, Surya Kant Tripathi Nirala, Meer Taqi Meer, Mir Babbar Ali Anees, Munshi Premchand, Raghupati Sahay Firaq Gorakhpuri !
